- A native of the culture in question, or with near-native understanding of the culture, having spent considerable time living and working both in the UK and the country/culture in question.
- Proven experience of delivering cultural awareness training, preferably within a business context.
- Appropriate qualifications and background.
- Available for work on a freelance basis.
