Our aim is to provide you with a screened selection of well-qualified candidates, whom we believe to be strong contenders for the role. We pride ourselves on dealing with both client and candidate with integrity and professionalism, and to achieve this, we have developed the following service.
Understanding Your Vacancy
In order to find candidates who are a successful fit, it is essential that we have a full understanding of the role, together with a detailed job description. Knowledge of your company background and culture is of equal importance, and where possible, we will arrange a meeting with you to discuss your requirements and to see where and with whom the successful candidate will work. This allows us to select candidates with a suitable combination of commercial and language skills, experience, qualifications and personality.
Candidate Search
We will search our extensive register of multilingual job-seekers for potential candidates, and will ensure that they are notified of your vacancy. We will also advertise your requirement on our vacancies list and other online job sites aimed at and well-known amongst multilingual candidates.
Candidate Selection
We screen all applicants and every candidate submitted to you will have undergone a telephone interview with one of our recruitment consultants to ascertain both their suitability for and interest in your vacancy.
Language Testing
If there is any uncertainty over a candidate's level of language competence, we will arrange an assessment of his or her non-native oral language skills against national standards, free of charge.
Communication and Feedback
Our recruitment consultants will keep you informed of developments throughout the recruitment process. To help us refine our searches, we value your feedback on our candidates, both following the submission of their CV and after interview.
Fees
