Finding
the right candidate
We are not just
finding someone with a language for clients. Our role is to focus closely
on the requirements of a vacancy and the client to find the right person
for the job.
This is a combination
of technical skills, background experience and qualifications and critically
personality. We have to find a successful fit between the employer and
the candidate quickly and effectively.
Objectives
We aim to provide
a short list of well qualified candidates all of whom we believe are
strong contenders. We do not waste everyone's time by simply sending
lots of CVs.
Profiling
and planning
We attach high
importance to meeting our clients and understanding the background and
the requirements for the job. We expect to be able to provide candidates
with a brief profile of:
- The job
- The client company
- Candidate skill
and personality requirements
To do this we need
to have a good understanding of the requirement including such factors
as company culture and work ethics.
Every candidate
submitted by us for a vacancy will have been:
- screened and
interviewed, and
- tested for key
languages by our specialist assessors.
They will also:
- have discussed
the job in some detail with our consultant, and
- have agreed
to be put forward for the vacancy
Feedback
is important:
- to allow us
to focus better on the client requirements
- for the candidate
to learn from the experience even if they did not get the job
