If you have a project requiring communication in a variety of languages then we may be able to help. If you would like the team to work in-house under your direct supervision we can recruit a temporary team for you. We can also undertake the full project for you including the supervision, logging and reporting.

Who can use this service?

This service is specifically aimed to help clients who do not normally maintain the resource of many different languages on their site or to provide additional resource for those occasions when extra help is needed.

Marketing companies, whose strength lies in the marketing, also seek our help when they need to extend a project overseas.

It provides the option of testing a specific market without the expense and commitment of setting up a full multilingual team. We will also advise on cultural factors if they could impact on the project.

How does it work?

You provide the market data, the script, training and the tools and we can do the rest. We organise the telephone lines, translate and if necessary modify the script to suit cultural requirements with your approval. We arrange the team and supervise, house and manage them to ensure that the job is done to your satisfaction. We can arrange for the output to be put into your required format and always submit a detailed report at the end.

What does it cost?

Each project is costed separately. You only pay for what you need,as and when you need it. Whether this is for a day a week or one month.

When we quote it normally includes the project supervision and training as well as the time and the call cost. We appoint an account Manager for each project who is responsible for all aspects of the job and is the contact point for the client.
