How
does it work?
You provide the
market data, the script, training and the tools and we can do the rest.
We organise the telephone lines, translate and if necessary modify the
script to suit cultural requirements with your approval. We arrange
the team and supervise, house and manage them to ensure that the job
is done to your satisfaction. We can arrange for the output to be put
into your required format and always submit a detailed report at the
end.
What
does it cost?
Each project is
costed separately. You only pay for what you need,as and when you need
it. Whether this is for a day a week or one month.
When we quote it
normally includes the project supervision and training as well as the
time and the call cost. We appoint an account Manager for each project
who is responsible for all aspects of the job and is the contact point
for the client.
