International Management Development Programme

Background

Corinium Language Associates has 15 years' experience in training in international businesses. Much of that training has been language and culture related, covering an extremely wide range of languages, including English, for business and the professions. We have found that many managers in international sectors have a good level of English but would still like to improve it and, at the same time, develop their other management skills. This programme is aimed at that requirement whether their mother tongue in English or another language.

These programmes are designed to take place in The Language Centre in Southrop. Specifically set up as a training centre for businesses, it is in a converted Cotswold stone barns, with every facility that visiting business people could need from e-mail and web access to CD Roms, satellite TV and printing facilities.

The approach

The course profiles given here are intended as a guide. We are very happy to modify and tailor the course to suit the client's requirements. In particular we are happy to tailor specific programmes for closed company groups so that we can focus very closely on the primary objectives of the project. For non native speakers, attending a course in English, it is possible to have individual language support or coaching if required.

Course tutors

Our course tutors are all experienced trainers, who have considerable experience of training senior business people. For the non language based programmes the tutors all have experience at senior level in business, industry or commerce.
